Guru Purnima Celebration- 2025 (Photos)

"In the midst of darkness, there is only one who can provide the light,

and lead us to our destination. He is called the Guru "

       The auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima was celebrated with great reverence and devotion at Ramakrishna Mission, Dehradun on Thursday, 10th July 2025.

The day’s spiritual program began with a special Puja of Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna, followed by Vedic ChantingDevotional Songs, and a spiritually uplifting Discourse by Revered Swami Asimatmananda ji Maharaj. The program concluded with Pushpanjali offered by all devotees, marking a heartfelt expression of their devotion and gratitude to Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna and the Holy Trio — Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda.

The celebration witnessed the loving participation of our devotee community. Over 600 devotees partook of Prasad, and in total, around 800 people were present throughout the day’s events.

We offer our humble gratitude for the divine blessings that made this sacred day a profoundly spiritual and elevating experience for all who participated.

                  Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Dehradun celebrated Shri Krishna Janmashtami on 16th August 2025.

The celebrations happened in the presence of devotees, friends, and supporters of the Ashrama. The celebration started at 7pm with Sandhya Arati, followed by Special Pooja for . This was accompanied by chanting of Shri Krishna Stotra, Shrimad Bhagavata Patha and Shri Shyam Naama Sankirtana. The rituals concluded with Bhog Arata and Pushpanjali. The event concluded with the distribution of  to all present.
